BoTyler joined the Leathers & Associates team in early 2015, beginning his journey with a project in New Smyrna Beach, FL. Over the years, he has transitioned from working exclusively in the field to becoming a Project Manager, overseeing projects from the early design phase through to the build stage. Reflecting on what motivates him to continue working on playgrounds, BoTyler shared, "I really like seeing the ideas of children come to life. A kid in Georgia drew an airplane, and the next thing you know, we are there building that same airplane a year later. Seeing a kid look at you like a hero is priceless, and anyway I can assist in that is what I'll keep doing."

Since joining the team, BoTyler has become an invaluable asset, contributing to over 20 builds. In 2023, he took on the role of full-time Project Manager, where he continues to grow and excel, managing all community-built and contractor-led projects. BoTyler is known for his ability to absorb information quickly and effectively, making him a key player in ensuring the success of each project he undertakes.

In his free time, BoTyler enjoys watching movies, playing basketball, and spending time with his two cats. He also loves traveling the world with his wife, making the most of every opportunity to explore new places and cultures.
