Nathalie began her journey with Leathers & Associates as a volunteer in 2018, contributing to various playground projects. Her dedication and leadership quickly became apparent as she took on the role of captain for several builds. In January 2020, Nathalie officially joined the team, bringing with her a wealth of experience in all facets of playground construction, from working in the "art tent" to setting posts.

Over the years, Nathalie has served as a construction consultant on both volunteer-driven and contractor-led builds. Her keen eye for design and her patience with volunteers are reflected in the high-quality work she produces, as well as in the smiles on the faces of those she leads.

In addition to her work with Leathers & Associates, Nathalie runs her own graphic design business, where she channels her creative talents into various projects. Outside of work, she enjoys camping and traveling with her family, embracing the opportunity to explore new places and create lasting memories.
